Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship within the US for free (yay!). If you are ordering Internationally email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you a shipping quote. We’ve done our best to make sure everyone can get their pants as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
When will I receive my pants?
While the weather can hold up deliveries, you can expect your pants between 3-8 days from when you order. We are located in Connecticut so the closer you are to us the faster your pants will arrive. If you need your pants rushed to you (we get it) just select one of our expedited shipping options.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you don’t even have to scroll to this section but if your Sto Snow pants are not the perfect fit for you, we’ve made the return and exchange process as easy as possible. For a full refund, email us at email@example.com. We’ll send you a return label and as long as we get the pants back within 30 days of when you received them, you’ll get a full refund (less return shipping).
Just to keep everyone comfy and clean we have a no-return policy on our hats.
How do I make an exchange?
For exchanges, we want to know what didn’t work for you so let’s chat - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can figure out which pants would be best for you. We will ship out your new pants as soon as we receive the ones you sent back.
